CONTEXT
Snapchat has 23.67 million daily users in the UK, 64% of whom are Gen Z. A generation who is particularly discouraged about the future amidst negative headlines and feeling unprepared for the 'real world of work'.
As part of Snapchat's Creative Council, we were set on relieving Gen Z’s anxiety concerning their future and helping them navigate the beginning of their careers.
OPPORTUNITY
75% of all jobs will require advanced digital skills by 2030. As the first truly native digital generation, there should be high hopes for GenZ.
CORE INSIGHT
GenZ is entering the workforce the best equipped and with all the intuitive skills needed to thrive in the future workplace.
CREATIVE RESPONSE
More than guidance, they need validation and encouragement.
So, we 'reverse the natural order' from wanting a job to being wanted.
